Viking Repair Bothell is an independent repair company covering Bothell and the surrounding north WA corridor. Same technicians on every call, one manufacturer, and no dispatch board sending whoever happens to be free.

Why one brand

A technician who covers a dozen manufacturers spends the first half of every visit orienting. Working Viking exclusively means the failure patterns are already familiar: which spark modules go, which bake elements sag, which control boards need a specific revision, and where the service access actually is on a given cabinet. That is time you do not pay for.

What we work on

• Pro-style gas and dual-fuel ranges, 30" through 60"
• Single and double wall ovens, including convection cavities
• Built-in and panel-ready refrigeration, columns and undercounters
• Integrated dishwashers, including custom-panel installations

What we do not do

We do not service other manufacturers. We do not quote a repair over the phone sight unseen, because a guess that becomes a different number on the day is how people end up feeling cheated. And we do not open anything up before you have agreed a price.

How pricing works

An $89 service call covers the visit and the full assessment. Approve the repair and that $89 comes off the total in full. Parts are quoted against your model and serial, not a universal substitute that fails again in eight months. If the honest answer is that the appliance is not worth repairing, you hear that and pay the service call only.

When we work

Technicians are out 8:00 am – 8:00 pm, seven days. The phone is a separate matter — it is answered 24/7, and the booking page takes a request at any hour, but the visit itself lands inside the 8-to-8 window.
